    Feb 26, kickin it !!! :)

    I did my usual workout with 30 minutes of cardio, I also added 10 more abs making it 70 now.. Yahooo !!! Then I did my legs and arms on the bowflex..
    Yesterday I had to be into work at 7 so I didn't do my workout... Running around in the caffeteria all day was enough...
    On Sunday Feb 23 I went along with hubby and our 2 labs out in our bush for a nice walk in the sunshine so that was my workout then...
    On Saturday Feb 22 I had to work and then head into town for a birthday party so I didn't fit one in then... This past weekend wasn't the best for my routine... Oh well... I'm back on track now and lovin' it !!!! I hate when I can't do my daily workout...
    Lets keep kickin it !!! :l
