Hey I NEVER thought I'd post on this.........I'm a pretty processed food child 
But I started a horrible cold yesterday and tried an OTC medication Zicam. I feel 50% better today. And I mean I was miserable.......if I had sick leave left I wouldn't have come into work. So my two cents worth........you start feeling a cold coming on...go get some. It isn't just in stick the stuff up the nose kind........if you don't know about it that may sound funny.......but it comes is spray and disolving tabs too.
