I just started reading this memoir of a recovering alcoholic. She was (is?) a pro-golfer who managed to win toureys, have 7 kids, & drank herself almost to death. Talk about a functional alcoholic! I just started it & am already gripped by it.

Yes, I read this years ago. I cannot believe she is still alive after all she went through with her drinking. I may just read it again.

I think I saw her a while back in an interview. I usually love such books and never knew tht she wrote an autobiography. I'll definately check it out.
