hi im getting tops off the internet and to be open am a bit scared is it safe to do it without my doctor ,its the only way i will use tops i wont go to doctor at this point.

I'm right with you. A bit scared, but unwilling to go to a physician yet. I have an appointment set up for the end of the month and am planning on bringing her in at that time. I don't have a very close/long relationship with her, she's part of my HMO. I have no idea how she'd react.
I know we aren't alone, but that's only a small consolation. I'd rather get started. I'm tired of being upset with myself and unable to resist a drink the following day.
