    Ginger/Teri Kabobs

    slice the meat fairly thinly and throw in a bowl.

    add the following for marinade:

    good slosh of ginger ale (I like Reeds "extra ginger")

    slosh of soy

    crapload of smashed and minced garlic

    1 teaspoon seasame oil (holy snot...a measurement!)

    bout 1 tablespoon of peanut oil

    as much chili as you think you are willing to deal with the
    next day.

    Marinate for at least an hour.

    skewer and grill on very hot grill. drizzle the remaining
    marinade on as it's grilling a couple times.
