Toast about 1/2 cup of fresh almonds and then chop them
roughly.

add to bowl with a cup of white grapes.

add enough plain yoghurt and mix to coat everything.

that's it! the flavor is really quite sophisticated. not too
sweet and also quite healthy.

ps...if you use flavored yoghurt you will go to hell.

By "flavoured" do you mean fruit?

I am very nervous now because your recipe sounds just ideal for this morning's brekky but I have only got Greek yoghurt with Honey. I suppose I could try to scrape the honey out.

well..... here in the SE USA, it is about peach season. Peaches and yogurt are like nirvana. Chop the almonds? Who cares, throw them in there along with a few walnuts. And the greek yogurt is the bomb.
