crapload of garlic (minced)
couple handfuls of arugula
1/6 or so of an onion (minced)
a couple tablespoons of good olive oil
juice of half a lemon
1 cup of good natural unflavored yoghurt
wiz the heck out of that and then pour onto serving plate.
add grilled salmon cooked medium rare (never overcook
salmon or you will go straight to hell!!!). a-hem....
garnish with chopped tomato and cucumber.
top with lemon zest or whatever looks good. Gummy
worms? hmmmmm.
this dish is good served room temperature so it's low on
the stress-o-meter.
