Hi there. No I haven't but would be interested. Where are you finding fresh olives? I have an olive bush in the yard, but it's not doing well, however I've found a nursery in WA that sells olive trees.

Lushy, our favorite store is going to have fresh olives in September. Hilary, if you visit one of us can take you there...
I'm terribly curious to try brining. I've looked all over the internet but the recipes are so different - most using lye which I wont do.
