View Full Version : Lemon and Chamomile Cordial

Place 8 chamomile tea bags in jug.
Pour in 4 cups of boiling water, let sit for 10 mins.
Put lemon juice, chamomile tea, sugar, citric acid and lemon essence into pot and boil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cool and decant.
Serve one part cordial to 4 parts water (can be sparkling mineral water)..... or to taste.

Bluey, this sounds delicious. Will try it tonight. Now can you post about cleaning my oven!

yummy! I'd just substitute some agave nectar instead of sugar for myself. sounds very calming and tasty.

Hi Det! Yup, 2 cups of sugar is a lot but it makes the liquid go syrupy and you don't need to use a lot of syrup for each individual serve and since I am googling today I will look up agave nectar because I don't know what it is!

That's right bluey is googling for me, anyone else need something googled...maybe you could make a list bluey ?:H
