1. Preheat oven to 220,200 fan, gas 7.
2. Mix 225g flour, 4 eggs and a tbspoon of wholegrain mustard in a bowl. Gradually add the 300ml of milk while beating the mixture, then leave to rest for 30 mins.
3. Brown the sausages in a frying pan for 5 mins, then remove from heat.
4. Pour a tbspoon of olive oil into a roasting dish and add some chopped rosemary.
Bake in oven for 10 mins.
5. Add the sausages and batter, then cook for a further 30 mins. Serve with cooked mange tout

mange tout....green beans.
pack of flour...well u need 225g, so your regular size packet from the store will be fine

Ok - for us US types....how do we get a conversion to cups, etc?

I ask 'cause a packet of flour here is 5 lbs!

It looks like 225 grams converts to about 8oz or 1 cup.
And I'm guessing that 220 for baking may be closer to 350 here.
