Spray Pam in fry pan over medium heat.
Pour egg whites into pan and scramble until almost set.
Add turkey, cheddar, cumin and sea salt & pepper, stir
until cheese melts.
Stir in fresh cut green onions.
Top with salsa and serve. Serve with fresh fruit if you like.
Note: Could also add in some chopped, green chilis and/or
wrap this in a tortilla for breakfast.
