    Hazlenut and fig bread

    Make in a bread machine or the traditional way(using the sponge method with yeast)
    Pour the water and lemon juice into the pan, add the dry ingredients, except the figs and hazlenuts
    If you have a machine, set to basic/normal, med crust. Press start. Add figs and hazlenuts after first kneading has finished
    If baking in oven, put dough in 1kg tin
    Cover with tea towel until double in size and bake for 40 mins at 220c
    To Infinity And Beyond!!
