btw, Tennis biscuits are just a coconut tea biscuit.... what you would normally use for a lemon-merainge base

Sounds great to me Deebs. I wonder if digestive biscuits would work, I have them on hand.

I take it you're off your sugar free diet? :H:H

Sounds yummy, except I have no idea about the biscuits, coconut or digestive.

I have a feeling those are cookies of some kind.

                    Love,

Cindi maybe we could use graham crackers. Or get a bunch of those tea biscuit cookie things they have on the plane on your way home. :H

I haven't had one of these tarts in yonks -- thanks to my no sugar policy:upset:

What biscuits would you use to make a lemon merange pie?? I'm sure any ole digestive biscuits would work just as well -- I like tennis biscuits because of the coconut

If you make it, savour a slice for me

I will let my grandson make it and not eat a simple bite.

Oh, how funny. He can eat it, though.
