    Chrizo chilli

    Prepare the pito beans as pack instructions
    Heat the oil in a large heavy based saucepan over a moderatley high heat, add onions and saute for 4-5 mins, untilsoft and golden.
    Reduce heat and stir in the garlic, corriander, chilli powder and cummin seeds. Cook for 2 mins.
    Add the tomatoes, beans, chorizo, pepper and jalapenos. Season
    Simmer uncovered for 30 mins stiring occasionally to break up the tomatoes.
    Serve with tortilla chips

            Sounds really good CY!

            Had to laugh one 2!1 Have a whole field of pinto beans by my house. We raise a lot of dry edible beans around here. Pinto beans are what they make refried beans from.

                Evies right its a spanish cured sausage. Quite strong. Its really nice in a potato salad too, but thats another recipe!

                  Hi Guys: I live in Mexico and pinto beans are the national bean and chorizo is Mexican sausage which can be made from pork or beef and it's used in lots of dishes. Chorizo and scrambled eggs are fantastic.
