    Sweet and Sour Sauce

    1. Heat sugar and vinegar in a pan until the sugar is dissolved.
    2. Add the pepper and tomato and stir fry for 3 mins
    3. Add the pineapple (with juice)
    4. Add the cornflour mixture and stir for a further three minutes until sauce thickens.
    ?I am playing all the right notes... But not necessarily in the right order.....?

    I use malt vinegar, but any can be used.

          Chelle....you can actually make that stuff ! I thought it just came with the Sweet and Sour Chicken...Ha! IAD.
