    Meatballs in chipotle adobo sauce

Mix the meat, onion, zuc, eggs, crumbs and seasonings together. Make small meat balls the size of a walnut. I bake them in the oven in a baking dish at 375f or 190c. Takes about 35-45 minutes. You could fry them in a pan if you want.

In a blender puree the tomatoes and chipotle peppers, if you like HOT food, put the whole can of peppers in. If you?re afraid, add only a couple peppers.

I use a 3 qt/lt crock pot. Put meat balls in and pour sauce over the top. Could do the same in the oven.
Hope I got then conversions in the realm of close
The omw kids love this, and eat it with rice.
