Pan Fried Venison with thyme and honey

Mix together the honey, soy sauce an thyme, add the veni and marinade for 30 mins
Heat the oil in a large frying pan, strain the marinade from the veni and put to one side. Flash fry the veni until sealed on all sides, then remove from pan and keep warm
Blend some of the marinade with the cornflour, then add the remaining marinade, cornflour mixture and creme fraiche to the pan
Return the veni to the pan and cook gently for 5-7 mins. Season to taste and serve with rice, noodles or green leaf salad.
