Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt a stick of butter. Let cool a bit and then whisk in the egg. Add the box of lemon cake mix and thoroughly mix. Put tablespoon sized ball of dough on a cookie sheet. Flatten out a bit with your fingers.
Bake 9-12 minutes depending on your oven. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when they come out of the oven. Really easy and a big hit!
