I am so happy that I found this website today and to know that I am not alone. I have found myself a wino. I drink every night a whole bottle of wine and have found myself totally out of control. This is the first day I have sought help for it so I bought the book and joined the discussion. I am 30 now and have been struggling with this problem for four years and have increased my weight by 40 pounds. I am happy that I have admitted this problem finally and look forward to the recovery ahead
