    hi all

    well for the fitness folks,i get 2 days off a week,how bout you,i walk 50 miles a week,approx,my eating habits hav changed,gone from 205 lb man to 180 lb man in the last few months,weight watchers diet,tried many others but it did work for me,always remember, we or i can always do to much,its in my personality gyco ps have a great weekend

        The Plan Starts TOMORROW

        So tomorrow is the day! No waiting for the new year....tomorrow!
        I'm going to save money and calories at lunch by going to the gym and walking the treadmill for 40 minutes. AND....I have a walking date tomorrow evening with a friend for some catch up---trying a change from the previous cocktail and catch up approach!
        Typing this and sharing with you guys means that I have to follow through and report in tomorrow night with my completed mission!
