L glutamine kudzo advice??

hi was just wondering if anyone knows how long it takes for the l glutamine and kudzo to work..i don't drink every day but completly overdo it when I do..i don't get daily cravings for drink I suppose i just get bored or the itch to go out to the pub every few days so was wondering if the l glutamine would actually help??:thanks:

Katey......I take both. The L-G. is good for lots of things Depression, cell development, digestion and a host of other cures. K. of course is for addictive behavior. Read up on the internet for more info. It took me about a couple of days........I found that I did'nt need a drink. It's good stuff ! IAD.
