Combine first 4 ingredients into a large pot. Cook over med heat until hot - about 20 minutes. Serve on rolls with cheese.

You can use leftover pot roast, too. Put the cooking juices on the sandwich. You can also saute some red bell pepper and onions and put them on the sandwich. Serve sauteed greens (Swiss chard, spinach or kale) with garlic and olive oil on the side. Yummy!Comment
