raw garlicky stuff

maybe you guys will like these "heavy on raw the garlic" sauces i make...

2-3 roasted red peppers
4-5 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
10-15 good olives
pinch salt
pinch red pepper flakes

blend in processor and put on toast, crackers, in salad...


green emerald cold pasta sauce:

5-6 cloves of garlic
1 bunch cilantro
1 bunch green onions
1/2 cup p. butter or almond butter
3-4 tbsp. soy sauce
juice of 2 limes or rice wine vinegar
1-2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
4-5 tbsp green curry paste
1-2 cups spinach
hot sauce or red pepper flakes to taste

blend everything together until smooth-ish
add to cooked whole wheat fettuccini
stir in green peas
