I am now on 50 mg of Topo and feel great (been on topo for almost 3 weeks). Have great clarity and focus. I love it. A few side effects. Heart palpitations come and go. My energy level goes up and down. Sometimes it is hard to sleep. Nothing too severe. Has definately curbed my wine drinking which I love. I have actually thrown out glasses of wine. Just did'nt even want it.
