    Baby Back Rib Sauce

Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat, add onion and cook until translucent, stirring occasionally. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add the balance of the marinade ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside a small amount of the sauce to use in basting the ribs.
Season the ribs with kosher salt and pepper, grill or smoke, rib side down, over indirect heat (if bbqing)
If you are smoking the ribs, smoke for 5 hours at 225-230; if bbq, 1/1/2-2 hours. Either method, in the last 20 minutes, baste the ribs with the small amount of reserved marinade.
Serve with the larger marinade (cold or warmed up), corn on the cob, and cole slaw!
War isn't working. Let's try Peace!

Yum!! Thank you, BHOG!! We make ribs frequently in my house, adults and children alike love them.

        This sauce sounds perfect.

        Love,
