Hope your all having lovely lie ins whilst i as usual was awake at 6 unable to get back to sleep...my body seems to have forgotten what a lie in is!!!!

I beat cha

I win Lou - I was up at 4:30 and dozed all the way until 4:50. Got up, listened to the hypno CD and did aerobics. Now it's time to get ready for work (after a well-deserved cup of coffee).
