I am new, and love the hypno CDs. They alone have helped tremendously. I am an older person and taking a lot of meds, including heart medications, and worry about mixing with the things recommended. In the month or so that I've had the CD's I've gone from a bottle of wine a day to two glasses in the evening, period. So I'm happy with that, feel better, and like myself a little.
