Sounds delicious. What size tin? (Loaf sized?)

      What temp?

      And SR or plain?

          Okay, simmer down crowd.

Tawny - I use plain flour but if you wanted a bit of excitement with a little rise, go for the SR.

WallyTheBother - I am pretty sure wholewheat is the same wholemeal and yes you can get SR wholemeal. Just go bother a shop assistant in the supermarket, I am sure he/she will point you in the right direction. In answer to your second bothersome question, yes.

LuCKy - You could try taking a 1/4 cup measure, adding 3 teaspons of soy milk and then topping up the 1/4 measure with olive oil. One 1/4 measure of milk/oil mix to subsitute one egg. That should do the trick.

Tawny if you don't like it - then put it into your woodchipper; it is almost Winter. Cummon now.

Bloo eeeeeeyyyyyy.. can you really substitute eggs as per Lucky's question? Olive oil and soy milk? WOW!

Bloo - thanks! But I'll wait until it comes out on DVD.

AFM - I have a splitter, not a chipper. What to do? What to do?

Use SR flour, don't use eggs, use soy milk and EVOO.

                    Split away.

                      For Wally
I think the Australians replace all of the 'ick' sounds with 'ook'- so if you stook with this rule, methoonks you will be just fine.
