I was pissed. I had connection issues this weekend and had to schedule a service call from my Internet Service Provider. Upon arrival the tech used a diagnostic meter to give him some ideas of what the problems may be. He discovered that the bandwidth was operating at about 20% of the capacity that I have been paying for. Old wire, obsolete equipment in my building and just an all around renovation is underway as I type. But, what about the 24 months of $69 / mo that I've shelled out. I told him I want a rebate. Like that is going to happen.
