    Fitness - ODAT

    I want to incorporate fitness into my daily life. I don't mind exercise, but it isn't something that I get excited to do. Usually, once I start, I'm fine - and I feel so good after exercising. The problem is getting myself to do it.

    So, I am hoping others will help me stay motivated -similar to helping me stay motivated to be AF. I did 30 minutes this a.m. on my ellptical....the challenge is can I do the same thing tomorrow?!

    Anybody else interesting in doing a daily motivation on fitness?

    Managed to exercise today too. The weekend is the REAL challenge.
