    Crumbled Oysters

    1. In a small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter; add garlic and crumbs. Saute until golden brown. Stir in parsley.
    2. Preheat oven to 450. Spread two thirds of bread mixture into shallow baking dish. Arrange oysters in one layer. Mix remaining crumbs with Parmesan and Tabasco and sprinkle on top of oysters. Dot oysters with remaining butter.
    3. Bake for 15 minutes. Garnish with lemon. Serve hot with toothpicks.

      Yes! Chesapeake Bay

Can you say MAN vs FOOD. They are some of the best oysters around. We live on the Eastern Shores of Virginia and we will eat them any way we can get them. Were you at Mai Mai?s very good seafood.

            This recipe sounds awesome!

I am from the Chesapeake Bay area. At first I thought I recognized the restaurant you were in , IAD. Then I realized that all of the seafood places around there kinda look the same.

AND....how 'bout those crabs??? This will be the first time in many years I won't get home for crabs. I can't find Blue Crabs in California.
