I spent last night reading the Easy Way to Stop Drinking...........I enjoyed it. I dont know why but Allen Carr really cracks me up. There is a chapter towards the end of the book where it talks about people in restaurants going through that whole charade of ordering wine, sniffing the cap, swirling the glass etc..........it made me laugh so hard I had tears coming out and got to coughing and couldnt stop. my dogs were freaking out. I find his writing very entertaining, while at the same time, reinforcing my desire not to drink. Has anyone else read the book?
