david sedaris and sarah vowell

These are not alcohol related(well, david sedaris does have something about it ) but either of these authors are worth a read.
Actually- try them on cd's - they are best reading their own material.
David Sedaris talks mostly about his own life - stories about his family etc
Sarah Vowell - writes about american history - but in such a fascinating way you won't want to stop hearing about it.
