    GARLIC PORK ROAST

    Use a pointed knife to make slits in the roast
    Slice garlic and push into slits
    Rub roast with salt and pepper
    Put in roasting pan
    Bake @ 325F about 3 hours (depends on size of roast)
    Remove from pan and let stand
    Add water and wine to pan on high, cook until reduced by 1/2
    Serve over slices of roast

    Oohh this looks good .. I have a lot of garden-fresh GARLIC on hand this time of year - perfect to stud a roast.
