    this is called a Keto diet, and is very popular for body builders who are cutting.

          Its basically a high protein, low (er) carb diet
          If you reduce all the high carb food (ones listed) and increase your protein e.g meat, fish, eggs, dairy, beans, tofu etc it will help you lose weight.
          Google will give you loads of ideas
