Hi - I am a newbie and I am going to give "Moderation" a go as I really dont want to do total "Abstaining" - although if I cant go moderate I think abstinence will be the next step for me.
Not sure how these forums work, but it looks like this area can be used as sort of a check in area so I will use it for that!!
