A man was walking past the local mental hospital when he heard chanting, as he listened he could hear a group of voices shouting " thirteen.....thirteen.....thirteen ". He was intrigued and decided to find out what was happening. He walked all around the fence until he found a very small crack in it, then bent down and put his eye to it, all of a sudden something jabbed him in the eye and as he jumped back in pain he heard the chanting again only this time they were chanting " fourteen.....fourteen....fourteen ".
