Alcohol.....how bad is it?
this news is what woke me up (again) and made me get serious (again) about sobriety...i've always known how bad al is, and my poor body feels and tells me that every day after i drink. i quit smoking 13 years ago and doing drugs recreationally as well. now it's time to tackle the beast!
