Has anyone experienced knee pain while taking Topamax? I have never had knee problems before and I am a regular exerciser. This is not behind my knees (I think I read about a strange sensation someone had there?), but at the outside front of the knee caps. It feels like a tight rubber band. Anyone? It's very uncomfortable. I can't think of anything else it would be other than the Topamax. It is bad enough that I am considering titrating down and off the Topa.
