I read this today for the first time. I am not so young, but had not heard this and it hit me like a baseball!

"There is a Vitality,
a life force,
an energy,
a quickening,
that is translated through you into action,
and because there is ONLY ONE of you IN ALL TIME,

and if you block it it will never exist through any other medium and will be lost."

My-

I read your post last night and came back to read it again today. I love it. Our overindulging causes this vitality to be suppressed. So nice that we have a different and healthier choice we can make to allow that vitality to manifest.
