          Last Christmas Eve I got wasted, fell twice, puked on myself while taking a piss (after I got home thank god), and on Christmas day, had a bad hangover. This year, I am 7 months sober, planning on staying sober, got some NA beer for tomorrow, and having soda/chocolate milk tonight with Ice cream. Going to church tomorrow morning and it will be awesome to not have a hangover tomorrow since we are celebrating it as a family afterwords.
          I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

          Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

          Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.

                    Almost 2 months for me and my first sober Christmas that I can remember in years. Just finished wrapping all the presents. It is 2:58 am and I am just settling in with my hot water bottle for a nice dreamy sleep. Looking forward to enjoying the festivities tomorrow with a clear head and lots of energy.

                            Christmas morn, and no hangover! After 30 years of "forced" indulgence at MIL's over-the-top Christmas eve bash, we finally got a break this year--no bash last night. She's 93, and could no longer pull it off. Yay, but sad. Anyway, I was early to bed, and early to rise, and am now happy.

                            Hoping for a successful Christmas day dinner at sister's.

                            I am so proud of all of you. I'm in awe, too. Congratulations!
