I have not read the book, i started taking the supps and am going to the doctor on the 15th to ask for topa. I have decided to start without the hypno also.It's not that some people have willpower and some don't. It's that some people are ready to change and others are not.

You've come to a place where there is alot of support.
I started the program over a yr. ago but didn't stick with it religiously....plus I belonged to another on-line support group where I wanted to drink more rather than quit (too much drama). I finally decided to join here & am VERY GLAD I DID! The people (or should I call them angels in training)here are absolutely wonderful!
