I still think of Oct 7, and of course I keep in mind 1/18-the slip.
Can't get too complacent but don't foresee any problems.
Just trying to get back on my healthy eating kick.

No Nelz-there was the over 3 month poing then a slip on 1/18. Which makes today
officially 30 days. Like I said before it looks like this in my mind-

Hey Unwasted-I know! It WAS fast! I wasn't paying attention like I was in the very beginning, I suppose.
It's kind of like drinking is not an option in my world anymore. My biggest problem is sugar, which I now realize has become way too prevalent in my thoughts.
It;s time to get a grip on this remaining unhealthy habit.
