:new: Some of you might not know me... but I did try and post on this forum this morning 4:30 a.m. central time but couldn't get on. I just wanted to say, "I'm awake without a hangover and going to the gym". But I'll post in the morning, Hopefully.... Take care all and I look forward to getting to know you all.. One question, does anyone have anything you want to share about going to your first Yoga class? I'm going to try one Sat. and don't know what to expect. Anything???
