    I'm sorry, but will you convert 11 stone into pounds for me. I don't know how much that is.

    And, should we put in our height too?

    I thought weigh in was tomorrow?

      167 lbs, and only 4 feet 11.75 inches tall (do i need to convert again?)

      I originally said monday but some else wanted tuesday so I suppose you can do it want. Monday is best for me xx

        No, dear Paula, you do not need to convert inches for me I'm just a little rusty on foreign measurements!

        If I were you I would just toss that litte 1/4 inch out the window and say you are 5 feet

        Okay, I haven't eaten yet I suppose I can go weigh myself. (full of dread)

                        Im 5"5 and I weigh 166 lbs.

                              I thought it was had to come out of the closet about my drinking problem and here I am about to talk about my big butt too! I may not post my weight, but know that I'm in and that I look forward to the support you gals already have shown me this past week. I truly have about 40 lbs to lose off of this 5'9" body.:upset:

                                I'm quite new to MWO, but not new to the wieght loss challenge. I've been a fitness trainer/instructor for ten years, but I have also been on the other end as well. I had to take a year off and now I am 25 Lbs overwieght, constantly eating junk, which I never used to do. I'm just starting to get back into my routine of exercise and healthy eating, because I know that is the only way. I also know that it usually takes about 2 weeks to a month of strict hard work to start to see results on the scale. However, you will see results faster by measuring your waist, hips, thighs etc. I could go on and on but then you guys would probably have me blocked. Good luck to you all. Stay strong. Put a fat picture of yourself on your fridge in a bikini or worse naked aaahhhhh!!!!!
