Drinkin won't help a damn thing! Will only make me sick for DAYS and that ugly, spacey dumb feeling-no thanks!

Workout Logs - Week of 11 March 2013
3-12-13: 15 minutes on Stairmaster, 15 minutes moderate Rowing = 303 calories (per my trainers instructions...he told me to slow down before I burn out...again)
p.s. Pauly - I am an ALL OR NOTHING type of person, can you tell? I should work on being a little more balanced... LOL:heart:I love my daughter more than alcohol:heart:
