    Workout Logs - Week of 11 March 2013

    3-11-13: 20 minutes moderate Rowing machine; 10 minute stairstep machine; 50 minutes walking on treadmill = 553 calories.

    Drinkin won't help a damn thing! Will only make me sick for DAYS and that ugly, spacey dumb feeling-no thanks!

      3-12-13: 15 minutes on Stairmaster, 15 minutes moderate Rowing = 303 calories (per my trainers instructions...he told me to slow down before I burn out...again)


      p.s. Pauly - I am an ALL OR NOTHING type of person, can you tell? I should work on being a little more balanced... LOL

        I'm hearing crickets in this thread!

        3-13-13: Treadmill: Walk fast for 4 minutes, run for 1 minute - total 60 minutes = 430 cals.
