    4-1-13: Burst training on treadmill, 1 hour: Walk 4 minutes, run 2 minutes.

    Consuming Vegetable/Fruit juice only for 3 days.

    Wow I'm tired...I titled this thread 4-14-43. LOL

    My plan changed a little because of my juice only diet and my lack of energy.

    4-1-13: Treadmill = 300 calories

    4-2-13: Sauna = 1 hour

    4-3-13: Treadmill = we'll see

    Ready for REAL food tomorrow!!

    3:15pm: Revision: 4-3-13: Sauna only!!! I'm tired!
