I love yoga. I have an online subscription where I can access all kinds of videos and do my yoga at home in private. I've been to a few classes (practices) as well but I am a shift worker so it is difficult to schedule them. I am 54 and finding high impact exercise hurts where yoga stretches and really helps calm me down.Newbies Nest

I enjoy Yougurt.....all the styles and flavors......but I haven't found any exercise value from it ! ha! Oh you meant Yoga.....never mind ! ha!
