I'm on day 4 of Topamax. Take 25mg every night at bed time. Hands and fingers tingle each day from waking up till early afternoon. Is this permanent or is this just what happens at the start of the medicine?

I just started yesterday.....I talked in my sleep ALL night last night. Not sure if that is a sid effect or I am just a nut...HA Could easily be either. Slept hard though. And up early like normal. No tingles yet!!! -
