In one of your past threads you mentioned " I've gotten so strong that I'm able to open a sup. and put it on my tongue to stop the cravings" I just got my L-glutamine the other day and I do have Kudzu Rescue also.. I haven't taken anything these last few day, felt fine, but, this summer I'm off work and we do have yard parties that I will be AF at. It would be so nice to know I have another tool in my belt should I get a craving... Thanks Hon ! :l I really proud of where you came from and where you are today... Keep up the good work !
